Our CATOB is a detailed description of our relationship with you as a client or customer. The Keyfacts document which appeared earlier is a simple overview of the services and products we provide. The Tariff is issued with the CATOB along with the signature page
Before doing any business with us, it is important to understand the distinction between a Client and a Customer and what your rights and responsibiltiies are (and vice versa), see please do read this document and ask if you are unsure of anything.
Both documents have previosuly been available in a webcast format where Phil Castle, director of Financial Escape, explains the terms.
